Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1~2 days for order proccessing. Most order are usually shipped within one business day. Please allow enough transit time when ordering for a particular event. Your credit card will not be charged for back order items. We only charge your credit cards when orders are processed and shipped. We offer UPS for delivery option. For any other options, please call us at 847.228.9966 to discuss.

88 Merchandise does not sell merchandise on approval, therefore, no return is accepted. Replacements for defective merchandise will be shipped only upon return and inspection of the goods claimed defective. In such cases, a return authorization must be obtained. Any return without authorization will be refused. Requests for return or credit due to discrepancies must be made within 15 business days form date of invoice. 

Damaged Merchandise: 
We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask the carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original carton(s) must be held for carrier inspection. We will be glad to assist you with any claims that may arise. All our shipment sre insured for the full amount of invoice. A claim can be filed with UPS for any damaged items.

Out of Stock: 
Any order that is shipped incomplete will be completed by 88 Merchandise. If backorder is not desired after certain date, please indicate when placing the order.
